Vintage College Girl Postcard

This beautiful postcard shows a girl college student sitting in a room filled with books reading a work titled Economy. A sign saying "Do It Now" hangs on the wall above her head. There's a Tiffany style lamp nearby. At her feet are discarded books including “Study of Bugology” and “The Psychology of the Male Human.” The original illustration is by Sadie Wendell Mitchell and is one of the artist’s “Girls Will Be Girls” poster series produced in 1909. The postcard would be perfect for students sending updates on your progress at college back home.
