Vintage Art Nouveau Belgian Beer ad Postcard

From our poster with the same name. Revamped version, high image and colour quality, of a vintage late 1890s art nouveau advertisement for a beer brewery and café in Bornem (5 miles from our office), Belgium. The ad was in French, which was common in those days, but Bornem (Bornhem is old spelling) is located in the Flemish (Dutch speaking) part of Belgium, Flanders What makes this advert so special is that you see a woman (and a well dressed one, for that matter) drinking a beer, which was very uncommon in the late Victorian period.
