Vintage - A Girl, a St. Bernard & a Kitten, Card

Artwork featuring a little girl dressed all in white, sitting in a chair with her two pets - a kitten and a full-grown Saint Bernard dog. The dog sits patiently beside the chair with a paw in the girl's lap, gingerly trying to make friends with the kitten. The tiny kitten has other ideas, though. It arches its back and hisses in the dog's face. The artwork is by Arthur John Elsley (1860-1952) who was famous for his paintings of children and their pets. Card is blank inside for your own message.
