This is a digitally enhanced print derived from a vintage 1969 "Freedom To Breath Control Air Pollution" environmental poster with an art deco style illustration of the statue of liberty in a gas mask. it was made by the US Department of Health, Education and Welfare's Public Health Service. More specifically, the National Air Pollution Control Administration under the Consumer Protection and Environmental Health Service which appears to be under the Public Health Service.
