Vintage 1903 Edwardian Midland Hotel Manchester Postcard

From our poster with the same name. Super high resolution scan of a postcard (retouched and restored), made for the opening of the Midland Hotel, Peters Street, Manchester England. The hotel sitll exists today as a 400 bedroom grand hotel. Opened in September 1903, it was built by the Midland Railway to serve Manchester Central railway station, its northern terminus for its rail services to London St. Pancras. The hotel was designed by Charles Trubshaw in a highly-individualistic Edwardian Baroque style.
