Vincent van Gogh - Wheatfields under Thunderclouds Accent Pillow
Wheatfield under Thunderclouds, painted in 1890 in oil on canvas by Dutch Post-Impressionist painter Vincent van Gogh in Auvers-sur-Oise. A vast band of wheat stretches beneath a darkening blue sky and heavy clouds in the wide double-square format Van Gogh favored during his final weeks. He painted the canvas shortly after a difficult visit to Paris, simplifying the landscape into large horizontal masses of field and weather. Van Gogh linked these late wheatfields with feelings of sadness and extreme loneliness, yet he also described the countryside itself as healthy and invigorating.

Beautiful colours, well made (pillow even has a zippered cover), soft, brushed cotton material. Perfect for a meaningful message that you want preserved. You can also choose the background colour to match your decor. I have it on my bed, complimenting my other pillows. It's a lovely gift idea - I got it for myself and love it!
MEW. Printing was perfect!
