Great Peacock Moth (1889) by Vincent van Gogh is a vintage fine art still life post impressionism nature painting. An insect, the Emperor Moth, in a spring garden with Calla Lily flowers and other plants. Van Gogh called it a 'death's-head moth' and painted a skull on the back of its body.
