VFA-14 Tophatters 100 Years Mug

Celebrate 100 years of the Oldest and the Boldest every day with this mug! The VFA-14 Tophatters F/A-18E Super Hornet 11 oz mug has the squadron emblem on one side above a side view of a Super Hornet with squadron markings. We will make with the 100th anniversary emblem unless you request the original. On the opposite side, the four main fighters in the squadron's history plus the years flown. The planes are the F4U-5 Corsair, F-4B Phantom, F-14 Tomcat, and the F/A-18E Super Hornet. Each plane is depicted in the markings of the era that the plane flew in. Opposite the handle, the top view and front view of the F4U Corsair, F-4 Phantom, F-14 Tomcat, and F/A-18E Super Hornet are drawn in scale with each other. Our mugs are created with the latest state of the art printing methods.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
