Venice Italy Wedding Invitations

I liked the invitation as far as the look of it and the quality of the paper but I was disappointed in the way the text boxes were not aligned as I had designed them. I customized it to fit my needs (changed wording from wedding invitation to engagement party). The text boxes and top and bottom margins were out of alignment as set in my customization. Also, there was a problem receiving the initial order which may have been due to the USPS but the Zazzle customer service team did an excellent job of expediting another set to me. Unfortunately, when I received them I was dissatisfied with the text alignment as described. I did not use the invitations and they immediately refunded my order. Therefore, my review is mixed because even though I was unhappy with the product, I was very impressed and pleased with Zazzle's customer service. The printing turned out well as far as color and quality but the text boxes and margins were not as I had designed. Text boxes one and two were jammed together and the top and bottom margins were not as I had specified so they looked off balance. If those two aspects had been right I would have been very satisfied.

I was very impressed with the quality of the invitations especially when I like to look and touch any product I buy. They are very elegant and good quality. They arrive exactly like promised and packaged well as there was no damage. Great Job!! Very satisfied with the quality. Job well done!

I am so happy with Zazzle and the designs available for customisation are so unique and classy. Customer service also is great. Highly recommended! The printing as expected. Excellent quality!
