An EA-18G Growler from the Shadowhawks of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 141 leads two Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18F Super Hornets and a Navy F/A-18E Super Hornet from the Dambusters of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 195 in a left echelon flight formation over the Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73). The USS George Washington and its embarked air wing, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 5, are participating in exercise Talisman Sabre 2013, a biennial training event aimed at improving Australian Defence Force and U.S. combat readiness and interoperability as a combined joint task force (July 26, 2013 - Photograph by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Benjamin K. Kittleson - Released).
