In March 2016 -- after nearly 50 years of distinguished service, the US Coast Guard High Endurance Cutter Boutwell (WHEC-719) will be decommissioned. During it's time in service thousands of Coast Guard men and women proudly served their country aboard this vessel. This design shows both the old and new versions of the unit coat of arms. On this version of the cup, the old coat of arms will be facing you when you hold cup with your right hand. If you are or know a current or former member of the crew this is a must have memento.
