"Unseelie Court: Sloth" Postcard

The fourth of my "Seven Deadly Sins" collection of my "Unseelie Court" series - "Sloth!" This is part of my Seven Sins subseries of my Unseelie Court collection, this one of course is the allegory for "Sloth." Being slothful, I have shown her with her eyes mostly closed! Featuring of course an unseelie court fairy embodying various historical, literary, artistic & symbolic representing "Sloth." As with all my Unseelie Court pieces, this painting will include allusions to several historic paintings - focusing on laziness, a little drunkenless/delirium, night-time, sleep, napping, etc. - Van Gogh, Bruegel, Toulouse Lautrec and more. This piece debuted as part of my "Allusions and Allegories" show at the Corey Helford Gallery in LA. Be sure to check out the others in the Unseelie Court series and keep an eye out for more to come!
