Unavailable for Drama | Self-Aware Mood Hoodie

I ordered a sweatshirt for a gift. After it got shipped I tracked the package.. it got to a certain point and stopped. After 10 days of the package not moving I notified Zazzle if they could track it from their end. The customer service rep told me that was impossible. He said they could design a new shirt for me. I was set to give him my credit card info and he informed me that they would do it free of charge. They also overnighted the shirt to me. As luck would have it I received both shirts today. They told me to keep both. I am so thankful and overwhelmed at the excellent customer service. Thank you, you saved Christmas. Awesome, my niece will be overjoyed with her gift

Great hoodie love it.

Good quality but it was supposed to be a dark grey hoody and arrived and was light grey but product was good quality. My design looks great. Would love to print it on more products for sure.
