From Zazzle's amazing collection of vintage baseball memorabilia, this commemorative card features a print of Hall of Fame umpire Bill Klem; known as The Old Arbitrator, he umpired almost exclusively behind the plate his first 16 years because of his superior ability to call balls and strikes; he also originated arm signals to coincide with his calls; had 18 World Series assignments; umpired from 1905 to 1941 and then served as chief of National League umpires; taken in 1914.
