This is a Ukiyo-e picture of Utagawa Toyokuni III featuring a Japanese magician.
犬山道節（Inuyama Dōsetsu / いぬやま どうせつ)
He is one of the eight Dog Warriors and holds the ball of loyalty. He uses the art of firefighting.
I used data from the National Diet Library's Digital Collection and made colour corrections.
Any of my designs can be transferred to over a thousand other items and adjust the design to fit the product if you needed.
