Title : 佐渡夷港 (Sado Ebisu kō / Port of Ebisu, Sado Island) Souvenirs of Travel, 2st Series Ebisu Port is located on Ryotsu Bay in Sado City, Niigata Prefecture, and is now called Ryotsu Port and has prospered as a trading and fishing port. Artist :川瀬巴水 (Kawase Hasui / かわせ はすい) He was a printmaker active from the Taisho to Showa periods. He travelled throughout Japan and painted lyrical depictions of the beautiful local scenery. Steve Jobs was also a favourite of Kawase Hasui's work. ＊Note: Created with colour correction based on public domain of ColBase.
