This T-Shirt is based on Twisted Fleur de Lis metal sculptures that can be viewed at www.twistedfleurdelis.com. Metal sculptures with a New Orleans twist. The first steel fleur de lis pieces were made within weeks after Hurricane Katrina's wrath inflicted heavy devastation in my hometown, Slidell, LA. Why the Twist? The twisting was initially done to suggest the extreme rotational forces of Hurricane Katrina but it also came represent the status of the area after the storm. They turned out exactly as we had hoped and we looked good even when we didn't bowl well. The printing was perfect and you can only see 9 pins on the shirt(the 5 pin hidden behind the headpin) which worked for us as we bowled in a 9 pin No-Tap league.
