That moment when the sun is going down, barely peaking through the clouds with the last of its sunny yellow colours and the ocean waves are purple and lilac in hue . . . the sand is still warm and golden glinting the last of the sunlight for the day . . . I loved painting this picture. It so completely captured that moment and the feeling of it. I really like it.
