The quality and durability of this mug is excellent. I know that the photo will last for many years with hand or machine washing. The photo that I used of my cat for this mug turned out beautifully. The image is clear and the colors are just as they were on the photo that I used. I am very happy with the results and love my my mug.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
