Turbaned Poiret 1900s Fashion Illustration

Between 1910 an 1913, Paul Poiret was the "King of Fashion" in France. Many of his designs were inspired by the ostentatious costumes of the Ballet Russes in Paris and by exotic oriental tales such as 1001 Arabian Nights -- he is credited with the introduction of turbans, tunics, and harem pants into Western fashion. This poster highlights one of his illustrations. I love the turbaned hat with the large fanned plume at the front. I've purposely created this template so that you can either use the "art deco" border to create a square poster, or you can customize for a more traditional sizing. This is perfect for those who love vintage Haute Couture, Parisian Fashion, and/or Poirot.
