I loved this mug! I had a little trouble getting the words on the left side of the mug but the nice person at customer care helped me to center the words just right. It was a birthday present for my son, with his name and date on one side and the tree of life on the other. His words, when he opened it up exactly... "Awesome"! I loved this mug! It was a birthday gift for my son, with the tree of life on one side and this name and birthdate on the other side. I had a little trouble getting the words centered right, but the nice person at customer service helped me to center it perfectly. My son's word when he opened up his gift exactly..."Awesome"!

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
