    This item came after my other item arrived but they came from different designers so that's fine. The picture showed the image in a landscape orientation, but mine is portait which is beter for me because it fits beside my keyboard better. It's really beautiful, and I love it!!     I had had trouble finding a mousepad surface that allowed my mouse to glide smoothly; this has the perfect smoothness. I am no longer frustrated. The thickness of the pad supports my hand and wrist. I love the design I chose, something that I would never find in a store. The design has great colors and sharpness. I embedded my name in the design; most people would not spot it, which is what I wanted.

    Easy to use interface for creating your own design on the mousepad. The quality is great, just wish it was a little bigger. I ordered other mouse pads on this site before this one but the image on them didn't match up to what I customized it to. Need to make sure that your customed image is within the green lines. However, they fixed my problem by giving me another chance at creating another mousepad for free. Great customer service! The colors are on point and it feels like a durable mousepad. Just make sure your custom image fits within the green lines so it doesn't get cut out around the edges.
