We ordered Napkins for my dad’s memorial and paid the extra cost for the expedited shipping. The Napkins were set to be delivered on Sept 18th -and our memorial was on the 21st. This SHOULD have been enough time. I am very angry and disappointed with your company. According to the tracking information- the Napkins are still at a facility somewhere. Because of your neglect we did not have a keepsake item for our guests. At this point, you can keep the napkins but i demand a full refund which includes the shipping cost. This was an unnecessary hassle on an already difficult day. .
