In Latvian folk art: The Sun Sign is the dominant feature of God's heaven. Likewise, the sign of Sun is the most frequently used element in Latvian designs and crafts. In ornaments of the Early Iron Age, it is a plain circle. Later it evolved into various eight-segmented units. The motif is in traditional Latvian amber colours.

Beautiful horse drawing on this coaster makes it a great conversation piece. Artist is very talented! The printing Zazzle did is nice and crisp, but not as black as I would have liked and the edges had some execess on them But some sandpaper fixed the issue
