The tartan is the Thompson Dress Blue originally commissioned by Lord Thomson of Fleet, and now listed as the Clan Thom(p)son Society official tartan. The over image of the Border Reivers is "who we were" for more than 300 years when the lowland clans raided along the Scottish/English border. Many have forgotten their true heritage in a rush to have a tartan and a kilt....Thom(p)sons were lowlanders, dressed more like the English farmers/crofters and resorted to raiding (reiving) as a result of continuous wars fought over and on their holdings.

Weave much too open for durability. Designing the totes was a snap (as always)...but, when they arrived, I have to admit that I was disappointed in the print. It is very light and bears little resemblance to what is looked like on screen (with my original graphic color depth). I suppose it might be due to the material of the bag.....but a warning of the light print would have been nice. The design is there, but not what I was hoping for.

These bags were super cute (I purchased 3). The material is more of a canvas look & feel. The colour of the bag is slightly off white, but the letters look exactly as pictured. I took 3 photos in different lighting. Would recommend! I liked how there was an option to choose the font and colour of the name. The words are legible and the colours are exactly as pictured.

Bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she absolutely LOVES IT!!!
She’s had this for almost a month and she’s been over using it.
It nice, simple and sturdy. The size is perfect and the quality is very good.
I will definitely purchase more of these. And, who doesn’t like a bag? The writing (print) is absolutely gorgeous, discrete and classy at the same time.
