Torii gate on the middle wheel watch

Torii-mon is a crest that resembles a torii. It is said that torii have various shapes, but only the myojin torii is used in the crest. The reason why the torii was chosen as the crest was that it was sacred because it was related to a shrine, just like the one that was chosen as the emblem of Mizugaki (sacred space) and Chigiki tateuogi (small, vertical, wooden fish tree).
