For the header, I've used a casual, modern, handwritten font to create a graphic typography overlay reading "To Have & To Hold". This image was embellished with a smooth faux gold foil effect for a festive result. Fill in the template blanks with your details to personalize the design. All layers were left unlocked so you can also click to further customize and re-position text or even change sizes or fonts. The background colour was left white but this, too, is editable; change it to one of your wedding colours if you prefer. Alternately you may choose to add an image to the back.
