Times Tables Mug 1 to 12

Inspire someone's Maths Side with this cool Times Tables mug. Use it as an aid to: * Learn and memorize times tables. * Understand that the order in which numbers are multiplied doesn't matter. * Recognize certain patterns. * Understand Square Numbers. * TUTORIAL ON USING THIS MATHS AID: * MULTIPLICATION: Multiplying is the same as adding repeatedly. So, 5 x 3 is the same as 5 + 5 + 5, which is 15. And, 4 x 6 is the same as 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4, which is 24. * ORDER OF NUMBERS IN MULTIPLICATION: When multiplying numbers, the order of the numbers is not important – the answer will be the same anyway. Eg, 3 x 4 = 12 and 4 x 3 = 12. Eg, 5 x 7 = 35 and 7 x 5 = 35. So, half of the Times Tables is a repetition of the other half. * PATTERNS TO NOTE ON 1 to 12 TIMES TABLES: * Any number x 0 gives 0. Eg, 9 x 0 = 0. * Any number x 1 always gives that number. Eg, 12 x 1 = 12. * Any number x 10 always gives that number with a 0 at the end. Eg, 12 x 10 = 120. * Any number x 5 always gives an answer that ends with a 0 or 5. Eg, 6 x 5 = 30, 7 x 5 = 35. * SQUARE NUMBERS: This is any number that results from multiplying a number by itself. Eg, 9 is a Square number because it is the result of 3 x 3. 25 is also a Square number because it is the result of 5 x 5. 0 is also a square number because 0 x 0 = 0.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..

I am very satisfied with the quality of this product. The printing of the image on the mug was absolutely perfect and the quality of the mug itself was very good as well. I would recommend this product to anyone. I am very pleased with how the printing on the mug turned out. The image was clear, not blurry at all, and easy to see. I would recommend this product to anyone.
