Three Sisters Lighthouse Massachusetts Moon Glass

This trio of lighthouses was built in the 1830s after Congress was petitioned by the Boston Marine Society concerned about shipwrecks and the deaths they caused. The were nicknamed the "three sisters" because from the ocean they looked somewhat like "women in dresses with black hats," the Park Service notes.

These glasses arrived in very short time. They are big, beautiful and sturdy glasses we like to use for beer and cider drinkers. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for these types of glasses. Two out of four had printing on them with a Sunflower. Absolutely beautiful ... though I thought the printing could be a wee bit larger.
