Good quality production and it arrived promptly, with good sturdy packaging since it wasn't framed. Although, I wish it had had an option for framing as I would have preferred to purchase it framed rather than find a frame myself. It is a standard size so it could have been framed for purchase. Print quality is very good.

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
