I can still remember an old-timer (now long-timer) turning the THINK sign back upside down after I "thought" i was correcting his careless mistake but putting the THINK sign right side up. Gently he explained that our thinking is turned on it's head. We don't see things the right way and that is why it is upside down. To let us know we need to change our thinking. I still chuckle when I see a newcomer's eyes light up with glee when they "think" they are correcting the sign. It's my chance to gently pass on what was explained to me.
