The Woman Holding the Umbrella (Mrs. Monet) Jigsaw Puzzle
Claude Monet (November 14, 1840 - December 5, 1926) is a representative French painter of impressionism. He was also known as 'the painter of light,' and he was a painter who pursued the change of light and color throughout his life, which was changing with time and season. Monet lived the longest among the painters of the Impressionist group, and even in the 20th century, he left many works including a series of "Suiren" (Water Lilies). Renoir, Cezanne, and Gauguin soon left the Impressionist technique and went their own ways, while Manet and Degas were originally painters who had a different temperament from those of the Impressionists, but Monet continued to pursue the Impressionist technique throughout his life.

I had fun putting the pieces of the puzzles together. They weren’t to hard and the art was pretty. The colours and the images were pretty and vibrant.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my sister and niece who love puzzles. Very cute. Good quality printing, even with the details of the leaves in the background.
