This particular illustration was commissioned as the art for a Christmas card for FAITH Catholic Publishing, headquartered in Lansing, MI, and which produces periodicals for 30 Catholic dioceses across the United States. The central image represents the Visitation of the Virgin Mary to her cousin Elizabeth, and is flanked by the words of the Magnificat and the insignia of the dioceses the client company services.
