I still like the product, but the manufacturing and packaging are bad. I ordered 6 mugs a few months ago and ALL 6 ARRIVED BROKEN. I got a refund and then reordered, and paid extra for express delivery, so this time only one handle (on this mug) broke. .Something bad happened to the Zazzle manufacturing process. Compared to the same mug I ordered several years ago, the colors were too saturated, and the whole thing was blurry.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
