This photo is a favourite of mine as this is the area I grew up in in England, and it is one of my favourite spots in the world. Sunday walks with the dog and family down to Cuckmere was a regular thing, and a paddle in the water if it was warm enough. The cottages were for the Coastguard look out, and this area appeared in a film that's name escapes me. The range of white cliffs are named the Seven Sisters as there are seven large cliffs leading from Cuckmere Haven to Beachy Head and Eastbourne.
