The Seven Sacraments Poster

The Seven Sacraments are meant to conform us to Christ's cross. They allow us to climb up the ladder of the Cross to heaven. Baptism begins our initiation, confirmation strengthens our baptism, the Eucharist completes our initiation and lies at the heart of the sacramental life. It also lies at the heart of the Cross. Holy Orders and Holy Matrimony are the sacraments of service, these are the hands of the crucified Christ. Anointing of the Sick completes our life here on earth and prepares us to step up into heaven.
