The Rehearsal Onstage by Degas: Large Clock
Degas created many pretty works involving dancers in action. He even did multiple versions of this particular work. Two of them are found in this store. Like the other work (The Rehearsal of the Ballet Onstage), both were created around the year 1874, and they are very, very similar to each other. Degas talent for depicting light is very evident. In this work, the lighting is different. It's brighter and gives the work a slightly different feel, compared to The Rehearsal of the Ballet Onstage. Public domain work. Enhanced. Customizable. Thos is a great clock. Unlike the last Hockey Night in Canada clock, there is no second time that ticks. With this, the hands change automatically, and when I need to adjust the time, I would move the hand. The clock has the famous Hockey Night in Canada logo with a blue background. Similar to the logo that is shown on Hockey Night in Canada!
