The Ninety-One Percent Sweatshirt

This is a celebration of The Ninety-One Percent of Black women who did what we always do... show up and stand on business for one another. Many of us are still reeling from the results of the 2024 presidential election, and are grappling with the immense disappointment we feel. We know all too well what it feels like to be twice as good, more qualified, more intelligent, and to perform flawlessly, only to have a less qualified, less intelligent, deeply flawed individual chosen over us. The only sense of comfort I found as the exit polls rolled in was the fact that WE had US, even though no one else did. I am so proud to be a part of The Ninety-One percent. Rest, my sisters. We did what was required of us.
