The New Year compared to the last year Card

In February, 2020, my granddaughter did a photo shoot of me for her University Photography class assignment. We had lots of laughs while Paige and her Mom, Deb, raided my closet and jewellery box for just the right stuff. The fur jacket, my daughter found in storage, belonged to Paige’s great grandmother. She and her Mom put this first photo shoot (titled “Fur Jacket”) together from items found around her Mom’s house. We had so much fun in 2020 doing the first shoot, we decided to do another one in 2021. This shoot was more involved with 5 more themes we titled: Leather Jacket, RockStar, Pug and Me, On the Rocks and Lifting Weights. Looking forward to this being an annual photo shoot event! Enjoy and have fun reading the humourous sayings inside! Most of the items in my shop are funny and humourous. Including silly, funny sayings to make you laugh-out-loud. One of kind and hilarious, they fit most occasions. My goal will be to produce a happy smile on your face. History has taught us when times become tough or stressful, we all need a little humour to level our emotions and help make sense of our lives. For all my original watercolor paintings in the shop, I use the 'limited palette'. Red, Yellow, Blue. These three colours produce all the shades and hues you see in my paintings. My overall artwork covers a wide range of subjects. I paint whimsically humourous, one-of-a-kind art to serious fine art.
