I wanted a quiet clock for my bedroom so decided as these were at the time described as 'silent' this would be an ideal choice. Also I wanted it to be easy to read as I am partially blind, and if I was going to buy a clock of course I wanted one I had designed myself, something completely different from the norm.
However this clock is the exact opposite of silent - I'm half deaf so if I think it's loud, it really is loud. So off it went onto the living room wall where, six weeks later, the weight of the clock face became too much for the spindle mechanism which detached the hands permanently.
What it needs is a hoop on the back of the face rather than the mechanism. The printing was excellent - way better than in the picture.

Thos is a great clock. Unlike the last Hockey Night in Canada clock, there is no second time that ticks. With this, the hands change automatically, and when I need to adjust the time, I would move the hand. The clock has the famous Hockey Night in Canada logo with a blue background. Similar to the logo that is shown on Hockey Night in Canada!
