Image from NIRCam and MIRI instruments on the James Webb Space Telescope of the luminous NGC 7469 Galaxy located in the constellation Pegasus. It is possible to see young star-forming clusters, pockets of hot molecular gas and big diffraction spikes from interacting light on the telescope mirrors, this light is caused by heated dust and gas falling in the central black hole of the galaxy.
