Celebrate Argentina with this paper napkin design featuring the beautiful flag of Argentina. The flag has light blue and white tribands with a yellow "Sun of May" in the centre. This flag was adopted on February 12, 1812, four years before Argentina declared independence from Spain (1816). The "Sun of May" design was added to the flag in 1818. The "Sun of May" is a replica of an engraving on the first Argentine coin, approved in 1813 and is the national emblem of Argentina and Uraguay.
