The 12 days of Christmas verse is more than 200 years old and the gifts are now quirky to modern sensibilities. What would anyone do with 8 milkmaids and their cows? I decided to insert a cat in each of the traditional 12 days of Christmas because cats are funny! I intend these ornaments to be a collection people can build year after year. The 12 days of Christmas is a traditional holiday song describing symbolic gifts for each of the 12 days. This design is a cat who is less than thrilled with a gift of 11 pipers piping. There is a template for a name and one for the year.
