Charming watercolor illustration by Fritz Baumgarten from the book " Die Vogelhochzeit", translated "The Bird Wedding". Published in 1900, the story is built on a famous German song written in the 18th Century about a blackbird and a thrush, who marry and have their wedding in the green forest.
