The Annunciation by Melchior Broederlam Christmas Ceramic Ornament
Gothic Romanesque painter Melchior Broederlam of the Netherlands painted this work depicted on the carved altarpiece commissioned by Philip the Bold, Duke of Burgundy, for the charter house of Champmol near Dijon, which Broederlam completed in 1399. This medieval sacred fine art painting Christmas card depicts the Biblical scene related in New Testament scripture of the angel visiting the Virgin Mary, announcing that she would be mother to Jesus the Messiah. From the Christian Faith Gift Shop. Inside verse can be personalized or left as written. Custom signature template.

I am so happy to have chosen this ornament for my Granddaughter. The extra touch of being able to have her name added made it such a special moment when she opened it. Thank you for making a special moment! All was better than expected.

I was disappointed with the writing on the ornament. It’s just too small and can barely be seen. Also it was not as obvious on screen that the position of the hole for hanging was centered on person’s forehead. Writing that came with chosen frame is too small and can barely be seen.
