The quality is good although I have not worn this shirt many times to know to what extent is exactly it is super reliable. However it is a comfortable shirt with positive words on it. I recommend it especially for people who want to spread awareness about eating disorders and also how inaccurate the media portrays food/nutrition/. I thought the letters would be lighter purple and be more visible as the shirt is black but I still like the lay out of how the words fit on the shirt.
