The online process was easy to use and wonderful, shipping was great too. However, upon appearance we thought we were getting something a bit different with like an actual silver border and not just the image on cardstock. We might have used a different template had we known. Overall the quality was good, just not what we thought we ordered and didn't have enough time to correct it
