I ordered this for my daughter's teacher for Christmas. It took 16 days to get here. Usually it doesn't take that long. I received it on December 18th. When I got it, there was a small paint chip on the front. I called Zazzle and the representative went above and beyond to fix the problem. He waived the expedited shipping and I received the mug on the 21st so she could have it before Christmas. The mug was otherwise good quality and I would recommend the product. I gave an excellent rating because even though there was a problem, it was fixed in a friendly and quick way. The printing was well done other than the chip that was in the paint.

This mug was exactly as described. I have purchased the stainless steel one before and the white is a nice change (stainless steel inside). I found the lavender purple a little light for my liking but that's my fault. Next time I'll choose a more grapey purple.
