They come empty, you will need to buy interior pages to use this as a photo album or scrapbook. They use standard 8 1/2" x 11" 3 ring binder pages. If you would like matching pages, I can design them to coordinate, just email us. PERSONALIZING: This is a template design that you can easily change out the text for your own.
