Customizing was easy. The quality is great. Ordering process was simple. At first I had ordered the from paper finish. I ordered a matte finish when I had wanted a semi gloss finish. Both were really pretty for wedding invites by the way. But I returned them, and the return process was really simple! And I re ordered the semi gloss finish like I had wanted.

The response cards are beautiful! I was able to work off of an existing sample from Zazzle and add additional text. I was worried that it wouldn’t be aligned properly, but they are exactly as I saw them online. The colour and texture of the response card is really nice. The quality is really good I was so surprised. I wasn’t crazy about the envelopes because they are a little see through, but I ordered envelops on Amazon. Simple solution that worked out great. Their customer service and prices are excellent!
